The blade of the Bestech Hedron is made from tough D2 steel. This is a budget-friendly type of steel that can handle its own! It retains its sharpness well and is also easy to sharpen with the right means. You do, however, have to be careful around acids, salt and moisture: D2 is not completely stainless. So clean the blade after use. The handle is made from micarta and offer you enough grip. A composite material from linen and synthetic resin. Micarta feels great in hand and will, in time, absorb the grease from your hands making the handle change colour. As such each handle will be unique in time.
You can carry the Bestech Hedron with you with the included sleek kydex sheath. Because of the flat plastic belt loop you can carry the sheath close to your body to make sure it won’t get in the way.
